Refund Policy

At DiscoverZim, we want every booking to be a great experience. Please review our refund policy before completing your purchase.

Paid Bookings

All paid bookings are considered final once payment has been confirmed. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on confirmed paid bookings. This is because:

  • Venues and event organisers allocate resources based on confirmed bookings
  • Ticket availability is limited and other customers may have been turned away
  • Payment processing fees are non-recoverable

Free Bookings

Free bookings can be cancelled at any time before the event. Simply go to "My Bookings" in your dashboard. Please cancel as early as possible so others can take your spot.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where an event is cancelled by the organiser, or there is a verified system error, we will work with the venue to arrange an alternative or credit. Please contact us at discoverzim2024@gmail.com with your booking reference.

Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a payment error, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with your booking reference and payment details. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
