A recreational park and reservoir located about 12.5 km east of Harare’s CBD. Originally built in 1913 as a water supply source, it now serves as a leisure destination offering canoeing, fishing, horse riding, and game viewing. The dam is also an important ecological site and part of Zimbabwe’s protected wetlands system.
